WorcsPro is a productivity system, available in either bi-weekly or monthly reporting formats. The spreadsheet-based software is easy to use and maintain. WorcsPro reports go beyond the typical "paid hours per unit of service" statistics provided by hospital financial systems. WorcsPro offers departmental, area roll-up, VP, and hospital level reporting.
Work sampling is a study method used to identify the percentage of time spent in pre-determined activities such as: medication preparation, patient assessment, and charting. Using over 25 activity categories, you can identify details on each activity as well as activity groupings such as direct care time, indirect care time, unit related time, and personal time for staff activities.
